Whether you are seeking to train one new employee or a large group of stakeholders, you CAN make your virtual training transition as effective as face to face. In some cases, virtual training can be more effective than in-person.

This two-part workshop discusses principles of effective virtual training, technologies and strategies to help you make the switch from "brick" to "click", and an opportunity to receive individualized help planning an outstanding online learning experience for employees, students, and external stakeholders.

Participants should make every effort to attend both sessions and will then have a chance to attend open office hours for individualized discussion.
